The Courage to Expand: Why Your Spirit is Your Greatest Guide
Knowledge is all around you.
It's in the earth beneath your feet, in the trees dancing gracefully in the wind, in the unfiltered wisdom spoken by children. Traditionally, you've been taught to see knowledge as something found solely in books, articles, or PhDs. And yes, this kind of knowledge has its value.
But when you seek wholeness, that narrow perspective of knowledge quickly becomes insufficient. It’s as if you’ve divided yourself, believing that knowledge from conventional sources is the only truth worth considering.
It's time to expand your understanding of Truth.
Truth surrounds you. Truth whispers through the natural world and shines from the stars lighting your path. Truth emerges from within–shaped by the wisdom you’ve lived, the experiences you’ve felt firsthand. It can flow from sources society might deem "unreliable" or "inconsistent." Yet, just because something can’t be consistently measured doesn’t mean it lacks meaning.
Perhaps it means it is simply beyond measure.
In my own journey, I’ve discovered that developing my spiritual awareness and abilities has gifted me with the courage to embody my unique essence. Each one of us holds a signature energetic essence–our Spirit, our Soul. At the same time, we remain intrinsically connected. We are each a unique expression of the collective oneness that unites all life. Embracing both individuality and unity has deeply expanded my understanding of truth and how it moves through our lives.
Embracing Your Spiritual Identity
We don't talk enough about how easily we cut ourselves off from the truth of who we are for "success," as defined by society. I've noticed a powerful theme emerging in my work with clients–the journey of transitioning from one identity to another, especially when making a profound shift toward living as a spiritual entrepreneur and answering the call of your life's work.
My own career transition, from a decade-long public school teaching career filled with constant external feedback to a spiritual guide accountable only to myself, my clients, and the Spirit World, taught me deeply about navigating uncertainty. Entrepreneurship forces you to face yourself, your self-doubt, worry, and scarcity. Perhaps this is why so many entrepreneurs seek me out, even though I am not a business coach. I'm skilled at navigating transformation and moving through the fear of the unknown: your spiritual awakening journey will require you to do both.
Stepping into a new way of being can initially feel like wearing someone else's clothes or a costume. It challenges you to embody your Spirit’s essence while navigating the density of the human experience.
Understanding Your Wholeness and Holiness
To truly become one with your spiritual identity, you need to understand your wholeness. When you grasp your inherent wholeness, you also understand your holiness–that sacred spark within you. Recognizing your holiness empowers you to help others step into their own light. Too often, we compartmentalize ourselves, shrinking to fit societal boxes and labels like "good daughter," "good employee," or "good partner." But what if we measured our success by the love we feel for ourselves and others? The path forward lies in embracing our wholeness rather than limiting our boundless spirits to societal labels.
The Courage to Be Your Full Self
Declaring, "I will not make myself small," is courageous work. It's daunting to acknowledge the expansive nature of your Spirit and your purpose on Earth. Yet what's even scarier is living cut off from the fullness of who you are simply to be understood by a society that's already crumbling. "Witch wounds" from past-life persecutions feel very real, making the sentiment "screw what people think" easier said than done. This is sacred, transformative work that impacts your identity, daily life, global contributions, and your capacity for deep self-love and compassion toward others. It’s work worth doing.
And now I ask you again:
What can you let go of to allow more of your Divinity to emerge?
Your inner resources hold priceless wisdom, often overlooked because it feels so familiar, so natural. It's time to breathe life into that inner wisdom, allowing it to manifest, take physical form, and bubble to the surface of your awareness.
To be inspired literally means "to have Spirit in you." You are Spirit expressed in a physical form. Remembering your Divinity beyond the density of everyday life helps you reclaim your magic and release the mundane.
Society conditions you to seek fulfillment outside yourself, yet you already hold the answers within. Close your eyes, pick up the paintbrush, and start creating your inner reality one intentional stroke at a time.
Looking inward, you'll quickly realize your inner resources are abundant and overflowing. Allow this inner abundance to illuminate your path to outer resources naturally destined to support your journey.
Your desires aren't unrequited–they long for you too.
So again, I invite you to ponder: What can you let go of to allow your Divine desires to flourish?
What if stepping into your most expansive, creative, and loving self radiates outward, touching the collective?
I deeply believe it does.
